Placing an order with us is pretty damn easy. Just follow the steps below, but if you’re still a little confused, you can contact our customer support team at hello@bodaskins.com and one of our team will be happy to help you complete your order.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you an order confirmation email confirming the details of your purchase.
Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Clear Pay PayPal Credit and Klarna.
Yes. Our site features state-of-the-art security systems so your online payment is secure. Your payment details or information are never stored. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
You can pay for your order using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, AMEX and Mastercard. You can also check out using Apple Pay, Amazon Pay + PayPal. We also accept a variety of different payment methods listed below:

We are unable to make changes or cancel any orders once they have been placed. If you do wish to return please follow our Simple + Easy Returns process.
Klarna is one of the world’s leading global payments and shopping services that allows you to spread your cost over a prolonged period of time. Klarna offers direct payments, pay after delivery options and instalment plans in a smooth one-click purchase experience that lets consumers pay when and how they prefer to.
Laybuy is an innovative, fully integrated payment platform designed to allow you to spread the cost of a payment across a number of months.
Clear Pay allows you to spread the cost over a number of weeks. They send reminders, so you never miss a payment. And if you do, they pause your account until you’re back on track. There are no fees when you pay on time, whilst late fees are capped at 25% of the purchase price.
PayPal credit allows you to spend £99 or more, then you will automatically have four months to pay off your remaining balance with 0% interest. There are no limits as to how many times you can use this process to purchase BODA products.
Pay later in 3 will allow you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal payments. The payment for each instalment will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by BODA SKINS and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.
Am I eligible for Pay Later in 3?
To use Pay later in 3 you must be at least 18. Whilst this option is widely promoted, Pay later in 3 is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Pay later in 3, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.
SIZING, FIT AND FEATURES
Each of our products have their own individual sizing guide which can be found to the right on each product page.
When it comes to finding your BODA in the perfect size, you can refer to each product's accurate size guide on the product page - please ensure you have a tape measure to hand to measure yourself.

When measuring yourself at home take the following steps:
Chest / Bust:
Wrap a tape measure around your back, across your shoulder blades and under your arms,
Ensure that the tape is straight and parallel with the floor
Make sure that the tape is wrapped tight around the fullest part of your chest / bust
Read measurement
Waist:
Wrap a tape measure around the narrowest part of your waist, between your rib cage and belly button
Ensure that the tape is straight and parallel with the floor
Make sure that the tape is wrapped tight
Read measurement
Hips:
Wrap a tape measure around the fullest which is usually 7” to 9” below the waist
Ensure that the tape is straight and parallel with the floor
Make sure that the tape is wrapped tight

Our Tall range is a collection of our best-selling products that we have adapted for the taller members of the BODA family. If you are a woman taller than 5’9 or a man taller than 6’2, we would advise selecting from this collection. The fit of the jacket is the exact same as the Original, we’ve just added 2 inches onto the sleeves and jacket length.

DELIVERY
We strive to make sure that our deliveries are as quick and efficient as possible. In some cases, our Express, Next Day and Saturday delivery services may be unavailable. Please note: during particularly busy periods - such as during a sale - orders may take a little longer to get to you.

When your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation which will include your order details and reference number.
We deliver to over 80 countries across the globe from our home in Manchester, England. To find out if we deliver to you, please check the drop-down at the checkout page. If your country does not show, you can contact our Client Care team on hello@bodaskins.com and one of our team can look into this for you.
Please note, there may be some minor delays for international deliveries during this time. All orders can be tracked online and will require a signature upon delivery to ensure that your order ends up in safe hands.
Orders placed on our EU website will be shipped from our Portuguese Dispatch Hub, to all countries in the European Union.
If you’re in the EU, we work with TNT. Across all other locations, we work with DPD + FedEx.
Our express service takes 1-2 business days. In order to ensure your order qualifies for this service, please make sure you place your order before 2pm (GMT) Monday-Thursday.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
After purchasing your items, you have 100 days to process your exchange, whilst you have 14 days to return for a full refund.
We don’t offer refunds on engravings and personalised items.
When returning your BODA, you must ensure that your item is unworn and in its original condition with all the tags attached. Unfortunately, if your item doesn’t meet these conditions then it will be sent back to you at your own cost and no exchange or refund will be issued.
You can visit the ‘Returns Manager’ link at the bottom of our website to request your refund or exchange. Once your request has been authorised, you will be required to pay for your returns label (fees below). Please then return your BODA using your prepaid label. It is important that you use this label as instructed by the online guide, as it will ensure that all duties, taxes and customs codes are correctly declared.
You can exchange or return your BODA by clicking on the ‘Returns Manager’ link at the bottom of our website. Within the Returns Manager, you will be required to select whether you would like an exchange or refund. Be sure you have your order number to hand, this can be found on your confirmation email that we sent you after you placed your order. Alternatively, you can contact our Client Care team on hello@bodaskins.com and one of our team can assist you.
Refunds take 3-5 working days after we receive your return. This can vary depending on your payment method or bank.
You can check the status of your return shipment by inserting your tracking number into the DPD/FedEx website. Once your item has been returned to us, we aim to process your request within 1-2 days.

There currently aren’t any Duty and Tax charges on returns or exchanges, as long as you’ve used our Returns Manager and the label provided.
